I specialize in providing online therapy for people who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions like anger, shame, and anxiety. I began this practice as a means of reaching and helping people just like you through accessible mental health services.

Specifically, I provide group or individual therapy sessions online for adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, hopelessness, suicidality, or simply feeling overwhelmed. Throughout my training and career as a licensed therapist, I’ve developed specialty experience in treating symptoms related to borderline personality disorder (BPD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). In other words, I understand what it’s like to have big emotions or feel overwhelmed by anxiety and doubt. More importantly, though, I know how to provide effective mental health treatment through compassionate online counseling.
Part of what makes my approach unique in delivering mental health services is my ability to ensure that you feel safe and understood throughout this process, all from the comfort of your own home.
