Welcome to The Center for Collaborative Behavioral Health (CCBH)!
If you are someone that experiences emotions intensely and would like to find better tools to manage daily emotional distress, you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in treating people who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions like anger, shame, and anxiety and I began this practice as a means of reaching and helping people just like you.
Why choose me?
I use proven strategies to treat a wide range of challenges. In particular, I work well with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, hopelessness, suicidality, or just feeling overwhelmed. Throughout my training and career, I’ve developed specialty experience in treating symptoms related to borderline personality disorder (BPD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). In other words, I understand what it’s like to have big emotions, or feel overwhelmed by anxiety and doubt and. More importantly, though, I know how to help.

Part of what makes me unique as a provider is my ability to make sure that you feel safe and understood throughout this process. I pride myself on being genuine, warm, and collaborative in this process. Therapy isn’t about me telling you what to do or how to live your life. Instead, my job is to work with you, and to help you live according to your values – and address the emotional challenges that interfere. I use evidence-based strategies that are proven to work and have the expert clinical experience to apply these treatments effectively and in a way that is collaborative, supportive, and catered to your needs. This really is an equal partnership, and I hope that you are interested in putting in the work and joining me on the path toward feeling relief and finding balance.
